International Tapes

Christopher Greenberg (of Hong Kong in the 60s fame), wrote a lovely review of our single on International Tapes! What sweethearts.

Of the...

Of neurotic, chickens drop,
Bottle caps, clearing air,
Plugged spaces and temperate traps,
Sustained screams, embold,
Enigmatic clocks into,
Blue-collar frocks.

The skydives, weaving,
Stringed metal, liquid believe,
Snakes in plaster settings,
Bleached bricks unveiled,
Technician working,
Ships industrial.

Mixing Complete

Finally, SELL YOUR GOLD is on its way, moving ever so closer to our release, it's been a while coming and we're so pumped to get on with the LP.

We are happy.

Over the course of February and March, we'll be writing up the lyrics to each song on the EP. Starting today.

Aquariums

Grand coulées melts the sound of lava mounds, lava mounds,
Envelope,
Moving grounds,
Sent underground.

To say goodbye to glowing vulcan eyes,
Green death eyes, Green death eyed,
Shadow Slayer,
Quaffs lattes and orders nebulas to view.

Celestial stairs orbiting, ascending,
Flickring blends blue to pink, holes sucking in.
Crushing truck toys, oyster shucking noise,
Hearts bleed peanut butter.

Shadow slayer, a little sister,
She's smoking and sipping the foam from my latte,
Reciting old truths under exposed story.
This is the greatest thing that has ever...

So we uploaded our re-done song Of The... up on our new bandcamp page, where we will be publishing our releases to be available for download.... We will still be using soundcloud, however more as an informal working space.

Eitherway, have a look on our new spanking shiny Bandcamp, and have a little listen to our improved Of the...

Decoder Magazine

Check out the free mixtape for the new Decoder Magazine, which includes a new TREASURE TEETH song...

Decoder is an outgrowth of Get Off the Coast, a North Carolina music blog that expanded its cast of writers over 2010 and 2011, becoming only one part of a larger, homespun arts collective that also runs tape and vinyl label Crash Symbols and participated in Pitchfork Media's ensemble music blog project Altered Zones, before it's dissolution late in 2011. In 2011, the editors and writers at Get Off the Coast concluded that it was important to reconceptualize - the name "get off the coast" was itself a moniker that mostly referenced entirely temporary conditions - and Decoder is the result.

The Deli

Well well... look what happens when The TREASURE TEETH is feeding the imaginary goats in the barnfarm
.

"A collaboration spanning from London to Miami to NYC, Treasure Teeth is probably one of the most emotionally intense quirky bands we have ever heard. The fact that the sensitive female lead vocals don't sound at all disconnected from the constantly evolving, somewhat bizarre electronic arrangements represents some kind of production miracle."

aquariums & extended plays

Hello, this is the TREASURE TEETH checking in.

So hard at work we've been...

We've just finished a new track called "aquariums". Check it out here for a bit.

We've also just about wrapped up our first E.P., which is still without a title at the moment.
Just one more song to finish recording, and a few more finishing touches on The others, and BOOM. Very exciting!

Aside from that, we're playing a short show at "Don Pedro's" here in our new "home" of "Brooklyn" on DEC 18th, with our lovely new friends Felix & the Future (it's their E.P. Release party) and Leo "gugu" Geaux;
We're also Producing a track for Ash Ruiz's (of Menudo fame) solo album. SURE to be a BANGER....

Anyhoo, we'll talk more soon.x
